It is a known fact that I am not a sappy person. I hate romantic movies. I hate romance novels. But, I sometimes enjoy a really good love song. But then again, I love music in general and I like poetry, and the fact that I have always wanted to try song writing, so maybe that shouldn’t count as well.
In the past one year, I have been researching for love songs. No, am not planning my wedding! But hunting for the various friends of mine who were going to get married (and got married lah). Also, I had to sing for one of them, so I had to go look for chords and lyrics and all too!
And despite how un-sappy I am, I unfortunately in the course of this exercise, have unwillingly also spotted some songs for er… hmm… in case I ever get married lah.
So anyway… my top 20 songs..
Oh… and I also tried to get links to the videos for most of the songs… but after a while, I got malas. So if anyone is keen go google lah!

And, while we are on the subject of songs, the last time I had a broken heart, I was killing the song – Careless Whispers by George Michael. Don’t ask me why and what was the relevance – cos there wasn’t any to my situation at that time. Anyway… the 2 songs that have been killing me lately, or I have been killing are:
To make her love me – Rascal Flatts (here)
Tonight I want to cry - Keith Urban (here)
I never admitted it, but one of the reasons why I was all messed up emotionally was because he rejected me at some point - very gently and in an indirect way lah..... so, honestly, I am not too sure if it is a rejection or not. But bottomline is, these 2 songs have been keeping me company lah... this and a few of the songs above lah - rubbing salt to the wound...^__^
